Motivation Monday | 1-16-17

We are two weeks into the new year.  How are you doing with your goals?  Have you cheated, skipped, quite, got lazy for a day, etc… already?  Yep, I have too.  But Today is a new day!  What will you do to make it great and get back on track with your goals?

Here’s my list for today:

  • Run 7.5 miles at the YMCA
  • Drink 100oz of water
  • Read 5 chapters of the Bible
  • Do 500 Push-ups and 200 Sit-ups
  • Go to bed by 9:30pm

It might seem like a lot but I’m pushing myself to be the best yet in 2017!
