One Month Check Up

Well, it’s the last day of January and I am sure many of you made a commitment at the beginning of the year to lose weight, or get in shape, or to get healthy.  So how’s it going?  I noticed this past week that gym attendance has dropped off a bit from the first two weeks of the year.

DON’T GIVE UP!

DON’T STOP!

If you paid for that membership at a local health club then make it a good investment in your life and not a waste of money.

I know you don’t feel like getting up early or putting on those cold workout clothes that have been sitting in your frozen car all day – but do it anyway.  Do it for you, your family and your health.
